He showed me both the mold and dust, explaining why and where they were growing. Brett recommended installing a UV light and cleaning the ducts in a couple of years. This is what I appreciate about HL Bowman – they educate and walk you through everything step by step. Rather than pushing unnecessary services, they recommend actions only when absolutely needed. I decided to go with the UV light to prevent mold growth and cleaning the air. Brett also helped me register the product and showed me how to install and replace it, if needed.
