“Bryan was here this morning to replace an outdoor faucet. While the service was timely and the work was good, I am questioning the charge. I wasn't given an invoice that broke down the charges but Bryan was here a little over an hour to replace the faucet and the charge was $706. When I googled the typical charge to replace a faucet in this area it came up with $150-$450. I was expecting something in that range for an hour of labor. I would like to continue having my plumbing done by you and recommend you because the service is good, but that charge seems exorbitant and unreasonable to me. I would appreciate someone looking into it to be sure an error wasn't made or at least an accounting of the charges. I know the faucet didn't cost much so that would leave $600 or more for an hour of labor. My phone is 717-554-7028. Thank you.”

“Working with HL Bowman is always a pleasure. Brett come to check our HVAC system, and although it was running well, he noticed mold spots starting to build up and dust accumulating in the duct system. He showed me both the mold and dust, explaining why and where they were growing. Brett recommended installing a UV light and cleaning the ducts in a couple of years. This is what I appreciate about HL Bowman – they educate and walk you through everything step by step. Rather than pushing unnecessary services, they recommend actions only when absolutely needed. I decided to go with the UV light to prevent mold growth and cleaning the air. Brett also helped me register the product and showed me how to install and replace it, if needed.
