“How to make a bad day better.. of course if your furnace is going to die it will be on the coldest day of the year so far. Much to my pleasant surprise I called H R Bowman because they’re right here in town and they said they could come out today. Our technician Ricky Sanchez was professional courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose what the issue was and gave us all the options to repair it. His expertise and helpfulness made a really bad bad a whole lot better and definitely warmer.
