“I had an appointment for maintenance scheduled for 11/17/2025 which is included in my service contract with them, during the morning hours, because I was asked if I wanted the appointment to be scheduled during the morning, afternoon or any time throughout the regular business hours, I chose in the morning because of my availability, but the technician never called me during the morning and or showed up at my property, and called me in the afternoon, I explained to him that I made the appointment in the morning hours due to my availability, and he then ask me if I wanted to re-schedule for next Monday 11/24/2025 during the morning, I said yes, then today I called around 7:15am to make sure that my appointment was scheduled, to my surprise I was told that no appointment is scheduled for my property today, after some back and forward the agent on the phone talks to the "manager" apparently, and schedule me during the morning hours due to my availability, and I was told I would be the second visit for the technician since it was already too late to be his first visit, going forward to 11am, I called again concerned about the appointment, and I was told that my appointment has been moved to the afternoon, without any notification prior, not a call or text or email, so I decided to cancel my appointment and service contract with them, also I would like to mention that the agent on the phone cut me off multiple times during the conversation, not allowing me to express myself about the frustration and the situation that was happening. I would like to point out that service contract was for the past 8 months for the amount of 29.16 X 8 = 233.28 and I never got a single service since then, and the only time I requested a service maintenance I never got it.”
