“I had an absolutely horrible experience with HL. Bowman technician Justin just came to my house looked at my not even two year-old air conditioner. Said it needed a contactor switch told me it was gonna cost $585 to replace the switch. I bought a switch for $35. I installed it myself to find out that Justin‘s diagnostics were wrong. It wasn’t the contactor switch. Do yourself a favor stay away from this company.”
