I contacted HL Bowman as a referral from Home Depot for air conditioning in a home I am moving into. I received a date for a consultation within a week. Matthew Parlotto arrived on time and discussed his thoughts of going with a Ductless Hyper-Heat system. I was so impressed with what he said about the HL Bowman Company, I agreed to his price and within two hours we had made the deal and signed off to everything. I never thought it would be this easy. Matt also planned the installation within a week and told us what to expect and that he would personally stop in that day to make sure everything is done.Josh Perez came the day that was planned to begin the project, was on time and very informative. He walked us through the installation again and asked for our thoughts on the situation just to verify what we wanted. I highly recommend the company and both Josh and Matt.

JUNE 2026: Nate performed an inspection of our HVAC system, Troy followed up with a duct cleaning, and Alan finished with an installation of an upgraded filtration system. All three were friendly and professional. Everything that needed to be done was explained clearly; prices for various steps were explained in detail before I made any decisions. All my questions were answered fully. Another good experience!APRIL 2026: Bill arrived and was friendly, professional, and courteous. I warned him of our pets, so he was careful with all the doors. I showed him where everything was located and he got right to it. Job was completed quickly, quietly, and a minimum of mess. He walked me through everything he did and answered my questions. Very pleased!

The specialist, Jeff Negron showed up early and I didn't have to wait home all day. Jeff was very personable and knowledgeable. When he came a couple of weeks ago to do the annual maintenance he noticed the blower assembly was dirty and needed cleaning. He gave me answers to my questions very thoroughly. Showed me how to keep the the condensate trap clean and explained the reason it's on the furnace. He wanted to make sure I know how the system works. Reminded me to keep checking the filters. Over-all the visit was well worth it.

A great experience all around. We needed our garbage disposal replaced, so we reached out on a Saturday using their website. Got a text from Samantha soon after to confirm our appointment for a couple days later (Monday). On Monday, Sean shows up, looks over the situation, gets his tools, and is done shortly after. The whole thing took less than 1 hour! And everything looks and works great! They even hauled away the old garbage disposal for free! We will definitely be using them again if we have any other plumbing needs!

Exceptional Service, Transparency, and Expertise from Start to Finish!I recently had to replace my HVAC system after the motor burned out due to an undersized duct system. I contacted Home Depot for an evaluation, and their HVAC Advisor, Amauris, provided an outstanding consultation. He thoroughly inspected both the indoor and outdoor units, transparently explaining potential issues. When a technical question fell outside his immediate scope, he prioritize accuracy over guesswork and called Brad, the HVAC Manager at HL Bowman (Home Depot's installation partner). Brad clearly explained our ductwork limitations in simple, straightforward terms without trying to upsell unnecessary work. Amauris walked us through the entire contract with complete transparency, even placing his internal calls on speakerphone. To address our specific contract questions, he looped in Nord, the Retail Compliance Manager at HL Bowman, who professionally explained our payment options, warranties, and product details. Knowing our house was at 90° with no AC, Amauris went above and beyond—staying from 4:45 PM to 7:30 PM to finalize our paperwork and successfully expediting our installation for the very next day. The installation specialists, Greg and Chase, were phenomenal. Over a two-day, 17-hour installation process, they worked tirelessly and stayed late to hit their milestones. They were incredibly respectful, highly knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions professionally. After completing the install, they rigorously tested the system, recorded the metrics, and re-verified the contract details with us.The transparency, respect, and expertise demonstrated by Amauris, Brad, Nord, Greg, and Chase were unmatched. I am thrilled with the final outcome and highly recommend this team to anyone in need of HVAC services. Thank you all for a job well done!

Contacted HL Bowman for central air service when the air was no longer blowing cold. We were in a pinch as we had a family party approaching with the recent heat wave. Representative answered right away and set up an appointment. We were later offered a next day visit which we accepted.Tim W. from HL Bowman arrived the next day. Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Tim was able to diagnose the issue with the unit and replaced the part all within 45 minutes. By the time he came back in the house, the air was already blowing ice cold.Pricing was up front and fair, service was quick and easy, and the technician walked me through what was wrong and how the repair would work. Would absolutely recommend HL Bowman to anyone looking for central air service in and around the South Shore.

Install seemed to go well. However i was told it would be a one day install. It took 2. It should have taken 3. The techs who finished on day 2 were good, however, I had to leave. They were not done and wouldnt be coming back. I couldnt be there for programming and they did not lable the breakers where thy installed the units.Again, they were good they just needed more time identifing where the old units were installed in the panel. They are not electriciansI did not like having to leave them in my house without me

I had Josh Perez,Alex, Shedloclock install a new fernus and ac unit in my home in milford",ct in inhumane conditions of heat these guys from the moment they came in they put the droop clothes down and even went to the extreme of putting on shoe covers. They didn't leave until I was happy with the cool air that I received when they could have said our job is done have a great day. I offered them tips in cash and they wouldn't even take it. That being said they should get a bounce on that alone. I have my own business and can't find the quality of performance nor honor that these guys have. So to the Bowman corporation I say cherish what you have working for you. Thank you for your service and I will pass on the work you have done for me. Thank you so much.

HLBowman was called out to do a routine AC check up on May 18. The service tech let me know that there was mold in my ducts by cutting into my system and sent me pictures. He never closed the hole. This caused my system to run harder than necessary. A different part of the AC system failed. The best service person they have was sent out to fix the system. He repaired the broken part and then when the air flow wasn’t right we discovered the hole.Ask for Adam if you are planning on using HLBowman.Updated review as of June 12 from one star to four. The company leadership reached out and redressed the issue. I would use Adam and HLBOWMAN for all my geothermal HVAC needs.

Have had a new unit from HL Bowman for 2 years and they have been great to deal with. Unit was acting weird last night after power went out and shutting off repeatedly. Called them last night after work hours and operator scheduled service the next day. Hello to whom it may concern, the three gentlemen that came to my house today to do some work on my drainage. Did an excellent job all three of them they brought me downstairs. They show me everything how it was done. They even show me what the old one look like the pipe excellent work. The only thing they didn’t replace was the sink, but they said they would come back the next day to replace it because the cement needed like 48 hours to drive but other than that excellent work.

Mike Farley came to fix a broken levered drain stopper in my bathroom sink. I also asked him to check out the toilet, because it had seemed to flush on its own just yesterday. He said that the toilet flap was worn out and that the mechanism in the tank needed to be replaced. He also replaced the toilet flush handle at my request.Mike set right to work when he arrived, assessing what the problems were. He clearly explained each of the problems and their solutions and offered me choices for the toilet flush handle.Mike was very considerate about putting on booties to keep the floors clean. He is friendly and upbeat and it was a pleasure to have him do this work.

George and Kyle and the rest of the crew were amazing. I think the only person who was stressed out was me for arriving late. When I finally got through the traffic and arrived, they were already half way finished. You could tell this wasn’t the first HVAC they installed lol, they made it all look easy. George was very friendly and patient with me while I was trying to get there (we had a lock box issue and my tenant was not home). HL Bowman provided very professional and thoughtful service throughout a difficult diagnostic and replacement HVAC install. When things did not go as planned, they responded appropriately and worked with me to plot new paths forward.I secured multiple quotes from different calibers of HVAC companies. While HLB wasn't cheap, they quoted at ~10% less than a commensurate (in terms of reputation, size, etc...) competitor. Although their price was meaningfully higher than a much less reputable and established bidder, I opted for an established company with a demonstrated track record since my family depends on reliable HVAC serviceTheir team operated efficiently, professionally, communicated well and seemed generally smart and reasonable. Some the HVAC techs and electricians really impressed me with their depth knowledge and their analytical skills, as well as their ability to communicate their findings and thinking clearly and concisely. While the whole team was great, I want to shout out to Kyle, George and James - I really appreciated the effort, problem solving skills and super effective communication!No complaints - though they only just finished the install, so we will see how things go. Assuming that things go smoothly from here, I would definitely use them again - and would recommend them to others who value using an established, reputable company for something as critical and intimate as their home HVAC needs.

Tim came to fix our air conditioning system which had suddenly stopped functioning, sending a "no signal" alert. Tim is as focused and virtuosic as a surgeon! Had a BAD blocked shower and sink drain in bathroom. They contacted me on the weekend, showed up on time Monday morning, fixed the problem quickly! Also very honest - estimated $6-700 to snake the drain but found it didn't need to be snaked so charged me much less (they could easily have just done it and charged me). We had HL Bowman come and install a UV light and a HEPA filter on our HVAC system in March. Part of the package is to have a complimentary system check. The tech came out today and inspected the outside unit and the unit in the basement. We were told the compressor was not working properly and would need to be replaced. We didn't have any issues prior to him coming out, so I called Bowman to explain this. I received a call at 6:30 PM the same day from the service manager, Bob Seeger. He took ownership of the issue and asked me how they could make things right. Even though it was late in the day, he offered to have someone come back at take a look at the unit. He said to give him 10 minutes and he would call be back. True to his word, he had Kiel come out and he was here within 40 minutes. Kiel did a thorough inspection of the unit and it turned out the capacitor was bad. Kiel had one in his truck and within minutes, we were back in business!! Bob kept checking back with me to make sure I was satisfied with the resolution and that we were up and running. I can't say enough good words about how he handled the customer service aspect of this. Both Bob and Kiel earned my utmost respect. It's refreshing to find a company that exhibits the true meaning of customer service and instills confidence in their customers.

Several days ago, we had a sewer leak into the basement. We detected it quickly and called Bowman plumbing. They came right out and cleaned out the sewer clog and then took a camera into the system. The piping was disinigrating and was not going to last much longer. 2 days later they sent out 3 gentlemen to dig up the out sewer line and replaced the pipes. They were on time, polite and skilled. They had to trench close to the house. When they had completed the work, the dirt was filled in, the sidewalk was swept and the yard was no worse for the wear. Fantastic experience! HL Bowman sent Mike out on a Wednesday. He explained all our options to repair our furnace thoroughly. We decided it was time for a new system do Jared came out Friday and walked us through the whole process and what made the most sense for our family. **Frank from HL Bowman came through for me once again. After my new shower turned out to be taller than expected, he returned to redo the pipe work so everything would line up correctly. He adjusted the plumbing cleanly and efficiently, explained what needed to change, and made sure the new setup was solid and up to code.Just like before, his workmanship was excellent. He assessed the issue with a leaking pipe, explained exactly what was going on, and came out the very next day to take care of it. He cut out a small section of drywall to access the vertical stack on the first‑floor wall, removed the old 4” cast iron, and transitioned everything cleanly to 3” PVC. He ran the new sewer line below the joist and above the dropped drywall, installed a 3x2” PVC wye to pick up the vent, and tied the new 3” PVC back into the existing system.The workmanship was excellent, the layout was thoughtful, and he kept the area neat throughout the job. Frank took the time to explain each step and made sure everything was done the right way. I’m very impressed with the quality of his work and highly recommend him.

Leaky sink and dripping water heater I called HL Bowman with the initial issue of my sink leaking in my laundry room. The technician came out the same day ( yay) to assess the sink, pipes and the hot water heater. Due to the age of the water heater we decided to replace the unit and put new handles on the sink. Ricky Sanchez was very professional and knowledgeable about my Bosch HVAC unit which was installed 3 years ago; Ricky diagnosed that the capacitator was powering at 6.159 (well below the 7.5 normal reading) and informed me that if level is below 7.1 it puts a strain on the blower motor. What a great company! It can be a challenge to get a company to come up our way (Jim Thorpe/Summit Hill) and then when they do they can be hit or miss. Not so with HL Bowman. We had a same day service manager visit. The quote for the work was VERY reasonable and the tech was out the next morning and stayed to finish the job. They also ran into some issues with the planned work they quoted and it ended up taking longer than they thought but they did not alter the invoice. Can't say enough about how impressed we are! We will hyping them up in our area and will be using them for all our plumbing needs going forward!

Very professional and prompt service. Aaron was very knowledgeable regarding repairs and issues with wells, clearly explained the issues found and the options for repair with pricing for each. The repair was made timely and all debris/packaging removed by the company, he left the area cleaner than he found it. Aaron also has a great sense of humor and I enjoyed talking with him.I did have two other techs come to the house, 1 on a Sunday and he put my mind at ease that the leak was minor and would be fine until they could have a well tech come out. The 2nd tech come during regular business hours to fix the leak but recognized that there may be issues in addition to the leak that he was not able repair due to not having parts and rather make a repair knowing there are other issues he deferred to having a tech with greater knowledge of wells, Aaron, come out to evaluate and make the repair. I very much appreciate the level of professionalism shown by all the techs and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. I will be using them again should the need arise. Thanks Aaron for the great job and the laughs, much needed after worrying about the leak over a holiday weekend.

Scott Klahr and his assistant did an excellent job installing our new HVAC system. The project took almost two days. They were meticulous with every step, and left our home/basement very clean. Scott thoroughly reviewed the work performed and gave us step-by-step instructions regarding the operation of the new system.The need for a new HVAC replacement was a big surprise to us, but the financial hit was softened by the way we were treated and knowing that we are in good hands going forward with our service plan.Also, kudos to Chad recommending the system went decided upon.

Been a few years since last serviced furnace, as winters last (hopefully last) below freezing temps recently have us switching back to heat after days of open windows, my furnace not willing to fire up - dagnabit! We had a very positive experience with everyone involved in our heat pump installation from the initial visit through completion. We were able to schedule an appointment that was convient for us. We knew what we wanted done and had researched the average cost. Nathan measured our house and determined what size unit we needed. It ended up that the unit we had was too small. After giving us an explanation of the systems, we chose what we wanted. He didn't pressure us or try to talk us into extras, although we went with the best system. What made it even better was our ability to qualify for a senior citizen discount and a special, that made a significant difference in the price. We already had our money set aside for the project and were ready for installation.They were able to schedule us for the next day. Christian and the team were here right on time. I expected professionalism, courtesy, and care of our property, and clean up, and we weren't disappointed. The work was completed to our satisfaction by the afternoon. There were 2 things that I really appreciated. One was the quietness of their work and conversation....no banging, radios, or yelling to each other. I had gotten in from out of state and to bed at 3am. They weren't aware, but I had gotten up and moved to another room to go try to sleep. I was able to fall asleep with them going in and out and working right above me. Also Christian and his team did a great job of going over everything with me, and he was the only person who gave me an answer as to why our bedrooms don't heat and cool as well as the rest of the house.They are all above a non heated/ non cooled garage. We're thinking about putting more insulation on the garage ceiling to see if it helps. Our electric bills have been climbing and we're looking forward to a new and more efficient system hopefully lowering them.Thank you. Great job.

Very responsive and efficient company. Had an unusual sewer backup problem with no obvious solution but this was the only company to offer ways to fix it. Joe contacted the city sewer company and insisted they dig up the street to find out what was going on, as they could not clear the blockage. It turned out to be the main sewer which was clogged. Zach Wiker conducted a complimentary plumbing evaluation, during which he showed me evidence of sediment collecting on my kitchen spigot head. Zach recommended attaching a descaling unit to the water tank to clear the kitchen spigot and to prevent sediment clogging other spigots and shower heads in my home. Everyone I worked with was very thorough and professional. While no one ever wants to have to replace their heating system, I am glad I chose this company. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had techs out immediately to set up my replacement. HL Bowman replaced my heat pump system a few months ago and I called them out most recently to replace my hose bib that had burst (before even buying my house!) from frozen pipes over a winter some time ago that I just now got around to dealing with now that I am starting a garden. Everyone from HL bowman that has come out either to give me a quote or to perform work on something has been nothing but kind and professional. They make recommendations based on what they’re seeing to help you get the results you want without being pushy and have always been honest about the work I need vs what I don’t. I love using them and I haven’t had any reason to call someone else because their work speaks for itself and they stand by their work with their warranties! Michael with HL Bowman was AWESOME. He kindly brought in my packages from our front porch. He gave my dog tons of attention and pets, and most importantly he knew his way around an HVAC system. I didn’t get the news I was hoping for (super costly repair or new hvac system), but he was there for moral support when I needed it the most. I was told these will be read at your weekly meetings. I'd like to give a shout out to and Thank You to Frank Samsel, the gentleman your Company sent out to access my plumbing problems.I told him what was going on and he investigated everything and came up with what had to be fixed and drew up a plan. On March 18,2023 Adam Bossic came to my home with two other gentleman to replace my air conditioner as the old one quite at the end of the season. He was the one who put the newcoil on my furnace. He had to change the drain on the pump aswell. They have to clean the old freon out and clean the hose.I looked at the old one and suggested that it would be easier tojust replace it. He said yes it would and he did replace it. He dida very neat wrap with the insulation.

We had our boiler break unfortunately this year and left with no heat. Austin Shafor was sent for diagnostic work and informed us we needed a whole new system. This was a shock but he showed and explained comprehensively why this is and used terms that non-boiler experts can understand.The very same day, they sent Nate Kudla, a sales specialist to inform us of their options. He was very informative and personable. The price was a shock but he lessened the blow with his reassurances and garuntees.The install was performed the very next day in very quick time where a whole new system was completed by Glen Keiper & Shayne Keiper. The work looks clean and professional.Overall, within my first call and completed job, the work was completed within 48 hours to a great standard.In case anyone has any price enquires, it is a lot more than Google AI says so don't believe that. We have since spoke to other mechanical specialists that say the overall price was reasonable.

Jeff was outstanding. He quickly identified the cause of a persistent issue in the zone regulating control system for my HVAC and was able to take it apart and install the correct parts so that all of the zones are functioning properly. I called HL Bowman Friday night at 9pm in the middle of summer and was connected to a live person who scheduled a technician visit for Saturday morning. That alone was impressive! I received notice by text, and a call 5 minutes before the technician, Ryan arrived. He was friendly and professional. He should get extra credit for working in a very tight space with the unit hanging from the ceiling.He wasn’t able to correct the installationproblem 100%, but the work he did has made it a very workable solution.

The Tech , Ryan , could not have been nicer. He called before he arrived ( on time ) , listened to our concerns about our heating. He looked it over very carefully and explained each and every step. Winters installed my new heating system just about three years ago. It’s been terrific, but recently it started to make some odd noises. Jeo, my excellent technician, identified the issue right away. A little air in the line, which he immediately took care of. And because my house is over 100 years old and settling, it caused two copper pipes to press against each other. So when the heat came on they would vibrate and make a rattling noise. A small spacer put between them solved the problem right away. Awesome service. Friendly and knowledgeable technician. And a responsive company. I give ‘em an A+.

Called HL Bowman as an emergency at night. They came the next day even though I was not a customer. My Heater and AC could not be fixed. They scheduled a new furnace install right away. The install went well and the techs were very professional. Unfortunately, the system never turned off after the techs left. I called back right away and was told I would hear back shortly. I waited until almost an hour then called back. I was told a tech would be back. Several hours later the manager informed me that no techs were available. I spent the night without heat. Two different techs arrive the next day. The low GWP board that runs the pressure sensors failed. They didn't have a replacement so they bypassed it. The next appointment time was missed. I called and after 20 minutes was speaking with the manager. He said he would call back. The call back was prompt and a tech was sent right away. Everything is now working.When calling they use an AI assistant to screen their calls. I believe I would have had a better response had I spoken to a person. HL Bowman (Pete) reached back out and apologized for the miscommunitions. They added an additional 1 year warranty for our trouble.

My experience with H.L. Bowman has been Awsome. I have a had a few members of the team come out for up keep and to check out an old unit. Ran into some issues with that old unit which Austin Shafor throughly explained what was wrong with the unit as well as showed me so I had a better understand ment of what the issues were. He referred me to Brett Yeagley which came out that same day to discuss options for a new unit. That gentleman right there made this whole process happen quick, easy, as well as made this possible to be replaced overnight. He went over everything in the book, pricing, different units, what unit woukd be suitable as well as in my price range he did excellent work and made my problem become a solution. He had a team come out the very next day to get this unit installed properly which they installed my A/C, Furnace, new condenser, and thermostat in a timely fashion. That team consisted of Anel Hernandez as well as Alnaydo Rodriguez two great members of the H.L. Bowman team. They explained what they were doing how they were going to go about installing the units as well as throughly explained the units and their functions properly. These guys treat you like family are willing to answer any questions you may have. They work hard and are very good at what they do. This whole team made what I thought was a nightmare become into an eye opening blessing by getting the job done perfectly in a day before this winter storm we are about to get. I will not be cold in my home and my pipes will not be freezing this winter with what this team as made into reality today. I appreciate the H.L. Bowman team and the work they do. I highly recommend you give these guys a call with any of your HVAC needs or wants. Just want to give a shout out to them as well as thank them for their service and good work thank you guys!

We had a great experience with James both when he came to give us a quote and when he came to do wonderful work. James had someone working with him, unfortunately I do not remember his name, but also was great to meet. James and his co-worker installed a bathroom fan and put an outlet on our sunroom porch. **EDIT** Since originally generating this review, we have been successfully able to get our system fully operational in time for the cold months. Though communication during the process was difficult due to the inconsistency of who we worked with, I was contacted by an escalation manager to be the point for any issues that arise. Having that single point of contact does help immensely, and the company did send out a specialized technician who was able to resolve all the issues.BLUF: While the technicians from HL Bowman were polite and respectful, our overall experience replacing our furnace and A/C was very difficult and stressful. From the date of sale, to the initial install a week later, it took approximately two months and 7 separate visits to obtain a fully functional system. I do not believe that this is a common occurrence, and I believe they are updating their processes and procedures to ensure it does not happen to anyone else again.Key Note: 24/7 Emergency Service is slightly misleading. The service is seasonal, and is mostly just weekends for any non life-threatening situation. Under most circumstances, assuming someone answers, this service should be everything it needs to be.We called Bowman after our A/C failed and decided to replace both systems, converting from electric to propane. The salesman no-showed the first appointment, and the installation team later realized they had forgotten a required part, leaving the system unfinished. From there, the situation only got worse — leaks, a blown valve, wiring mistakes, missing parts, and repeated delays.Across six separate visits, we experienced multiple late arrivals and one complete no-show, even on a day when their presence was required for the propane hookup. We lost work time, paid for a wasted propane service call, and spent weeks waiting for ordered parts and corrections.Adding to the frustration, two technicians gave conflicting explanations of what system had been installed. One said propane-only, another said dual-fuel. We later learned that we actually received a dual system, not what we were told we purchased.When colder weather arrived, the furnace performed poorly — slow to heat, unable to maintain temperature, and the house cooled rapidly when it shut off. Calling after hours for help was no better: their advertised “24/7 Emergency Service” turned out to be seasonal and only available if a technician is willing to work overtime.The individual techs were great people, but the company’s coordination, communication, and reliability have been challenging for a whileI do not think this is a common issue for people, but it did, unfortunately, happen to us. What started as a quick install turned into a couple months long slog going into freezing temperatures before the system worked correctly.

My experience with all, the service men that came, Timothy Whalen, that showed up Saturday when we had no heat just arriving back from Grenada for 3 weeks no heat. My husband and I are first time homeowners in a house built in the 1900s. We’re very skeptical as we’ve heard horror stories from friends and family about the people they’ve hired. HL Bowman has been nothing less than a godsend for us. We’ve had them come out twice, this last time Austin came out for our boiler service. He was very knowledgeable and even though he said our boiler is in great condition and didn’t have to do much for it, he brought my husband down and explained everything to him that was done. He even went as far as to put a puppy pad on the floor under the boiler because “sometimes it can drip” the little things like that are what make a company GREAT.

We didn’t have heat in our house for up to two weeks because my furnace stopped working I tried some one else to look at it but he only told me that it looks fine and to change the The batteries and the thermostat changed the filter and had a 45° pipe outside to the already existing exhaust pipe Tom about the code when it stopped working again and he said he’d order a part and let me know when by that time it’s already been a week and I needed heat so I called HL Bowman. It came out took a look tried everything got it working again but a day later it stopped called them back and let them know. Another person came out. Austin don’t even deeper and found the issue that I needed a new furnace so he contacted Josh who helped us out with pricing getting a plan and they got me a new furnace on Friday from Wednesday and the two technicians Timothy and Greg both came out and set up our new furnace with our new thermostat. Make sure everything worked properly cleaned everything up professionally I had a buddy there cause I wasn’t able to be there and he kept me updated on the progress sent the photo. Everything looked beautifully and when I got home that night it just felt so nice to have heat in the house. I truly appreciate all the work that they did made a fantastic job

Needed a new hot water heater..called HL Bowman and they responded within 1-1/2 hrs (which I consider excellent)when quoted price for the job ,I was also persuade to go with an expansion tank that was supposedly recommended for the unit...I already had the same hot water heater,but a slightly larger expansion tank that was approx .3 months old..(I felt I could have saved money in this area ..next day my hot water heater was scheduled to be replaced...The person who replaced it and did the job (Phil) was very courteous and knowledgeable and answered all my concerns ..when it came time to pay the bill ,I requested a hard copy of all work done( a breakdown of tank,expansion tank,labor along with warranty info,waited 2 weeks,but never heard back ..calledHL Bowman back and was told they would send it the next day ..overall experience with Phil,who installed the unit is a 5 out of 5...in respect for HL Bowman customer service on my request for my request on hard copy info..a 2

H.L. Bowman has been nothing short of fantastic to work with. Our 22 year old furnace finally died on a Wednesday and Nate was able to come out the next day to provide an estimate. We met with several companies and decided to go with Bowman on Friday afternoon; they were out on Monday morning . We were told the techs, Tim and Greg, would show up between 7:30-8:30, but likely closer to 8. The first tech showed up at 8 and got to work. They were able to install a new furnace, thermostat, and return by that afternoon so we could finally have heat back! The techs were friendly and efficient, cleaned up after everything was done, and weren't bothered by our nosy dog. Both Nate and the techs were knowledgeable and able to explain things easily. My husband and I would highly recommend H.L. Bowman for any heating needs and will continue to use them if needed in the future, which shouldn't be for a long time based on their quality service.

Luke was great. He was very knowledgeable, very professional and extremely personable. He answered and ENCOURAGED every question that I and my 8 year old son had. He fixed the unit with no issue and I was so pleased with the service that I began the service membership on the spot. Luke is scheduled to come next week to perform maintenance on the unit. Phenomenal service! I called HL Bowman when my heating stopped working in the middle of a cold night. Performed was an annual AC system inspection. Being less than a year old no problems were noted. I asked how to program the thermostat for day and night and Racheal assisted with that. She provided estimates for new options. She was on time, knowledgable, and friendly. Will use HLBowman for service again.

Ignacio Ruiz was extremely friendly and helpful! I appreciated that Ignacio called and provided an ETA when he was on his way and then I received another call from him upon his arrival. He thoroughly explained what the issues were with both my dryer and upper oven and how H L Bowman would break out the pricing for the servicing of each separately and combined plus H L Bowman's MVP package. Ignacio also provided an estimate on the turnaround time for obtaining the necessary parts. When Ignacia returned with the parts, he quickly got to work and tested each of the appliances and ensured that I was happy with the results. A job well done!

“I was researching a reputable heating and air conditioning company after my systems failed this past winter. Instead of asking friends or going to google for recommendations, I went straight to the Better Business Bureau and found HL Bowman! From the start with meeting with Nick, who came to my home, did the cost analysis, gave me a complete breakdown of the cost involved. It was surprisingly affordable and I had the option of splitting the cost involved two payments. Next day Alex and Austin showed up with the heating and air conditioning system. They worked hard for around 5 -6 hours! At the end, I now have a new gas heater and air conditioning unit. Last winter was very hard with no heat; just a portable fire place and 3 table top heaters. Next winter will be comfy and cozy. My sincere deep thanks to HL Bowman for hiring and training excellent staff. If your in need of these systems, call HL Bowman and ask for Nick!
