“Working with HL Bowman is always a pleasure. Brett come to check our HVAC system, and although it was running well, he noticed mold spots starting to build up and dust accumulating in the duct system. He showed me both the mold and dust, explaining why and where they were growing. Brett recommended installing a UV light and cleaning the ducts in a couple of years. This is what I appreciate about HL Bowman – they educate and walk you through everything step by step. Rather than pushing unnecessary services, they recommend actions only when absolutely needed. I decided to go with the UV light to prevent mold growth and cleaning the air. Brett also helped me register the product and showed me how to install and replace it, if needed. “The service technical ( Jason ), arrived on schedule and performed "duct-cleaning" on all the ducts in my house. He was here for about 3 hrs. I believe he did a very good job. And he also voluntarily assisted me in setting-up my Wi-Fi account to regulate my thermostat. Setting up this type of account was beyond my skills. So, thanks to Jason, and to H. L.
