“One your service techs came to my elderly neighbors this morning to troubleshoot her system. Sad the indoor fan motor was bad & gave her a nearly $9000 quote for a new system. Granted it's an old system but I told her to let me get a 2nd opinion. Called my independent HVAC man who me & my neighbors have used in the past. Turns out the starter (capacitor I would assume) was bad. Replaced & had her up &running in under 30 minutes for $160. Bottom line is I detest company's like yours that try to take advantage of folks, especially an elderly lady on a fixed income. You be sure I'll tell all my friends, neighbors & relatives to steer clear of you crooks!”
“My experience was fantastic for the most part. We had a gas line installed and a gas fireplace hooked up. The man that came was super nice and the work completed was well done. However 5 days later where the existing gas line was cut and a new line was installed I smelled a leak. When pointing this out via email to the team, they wanted to charge an additional $70 to confirm this. Any other company I have ever worked with (did the job, and made sure it was completed without charging extra to return and fix what was done especially days after the job was done) something this serious shouldn’t be pushed off. We reached out to another company to come test for a leak because they offered a free inspection.”

“H L Bowman is a professional and liable company. We had our 15 year old Hot water heater replaced and a water softener installed. Danny was here till 7 PM on 12/23/2024. He didn’t leave until everything was completed and he checked for water leaks once he was done too. He came back on Christmas Eve day to purge our new water softener and again he checked and checked again to be sure everything was working properly. We really appreciate his dedication to his profession!”
