“Appointment window 8am-4pm. Received a text at 3:59pm letting me know that they got other calls which were more important then my scheduled service asking if I would like to reschedule. Absolutely not a day off already wasted may as well stay home the rest of the night n get it over with. 6:15pm tech calls he is an hr away okay see ya in an hr he arrived at 7:07pm was very nice got the job done explained everything he did too noch tech the issue was not with him at all he just goes were the schedule office sends him so I feel the office needs to do much better”

“I discussed my issue with a mnager- If I had known the price for a one hour drain cleaning would be $342.00 plus the $70.00 trip fee- I would have said now. But the tech was dealing with my wife and took full advantage of her lack of knowledge. I presented my request for a reduced charge and was told they go with flat fees regardless of time spent. If I had not called – they would have left the rip fee on the bill which the manager said should have been waived if we accepted the work.. I live ina development of 220 homes. There is a neighborhood Facebook page and social media can be very powerful in alerting the community to how folks are being taken advantage. They could have been fair and revised the invoice, but chose to not do the fair and honest thing. I guess fool me once, jokes on you- fool me twice- jokes on me. I'll be sure no one is fooled.”
“Our technician was very good, BUT… How can it cost over $800 to install a new garbage disposal? It took exactly one hour from start to finish! We are very disappointed. We have used HLBowman for a new HVAC which also was rather expensive, but we felt was in the best interest of long term use. This is just crazy and we should have said NO!”
“My hat is off to this company and it's service techs. My water line to my refrigerator was leaking and the first service tech, Bryan, correctly diagnosed the issue and realized I needed a next-level plumber to handle the problem. Connor showed up several hours later, began work on the issue and stopped the leak. He came back this morning with replacement parts and fixed the problem completely in 30 minutes. I am very satisfied and will gladly recommend them. Thanks guys!”

“I had a technician come out to diagnose and fix a leak in my shower drain. The technician was Matt C. He was able to diagnose the issue in under 10 minutes and resolved the issue very quickly. He was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. Overall, the experience was great and I'm happy to be an H.L. Bowman customer. They have always delivered in their services and I will use them again and again whenever anything comes up. Thank you guys!!”
“I have a maintenance contract with H. L. Bowman's for my two mini-split systems in an apartment building I own in Harrisburg. And subsequently I have semi-annual inspections and cleaning of the units every six months. For the past two visits I have had Brandon for my inspections and cleaning. He was timely, pleasant, and especially important, was very thorough in his inspection and cleaning of both the six indoor units and two out door units I have.
