And subsequently I have semi-annual inspections and cleaning of the units every six months. For the past two visits I have had Brandon for my inspections and cleaning. He was timely, pleasant, and especially important, was very thorough in his inspection and cleaning of both the six indoor units and two out door units I have. He didn't mind me watching and asking questions which I appreciate as a relatively new homeowner. Once the new plumbing was complete, he made sure to test everything for leaks and cleaned up.
