“Nicholas Ricco performed electrical service at our house on 1/4/2024. The H.L. Bowman team was contracted to replace and re-wire our breaker panel and to replace our original outside meter, along with the weather head and original cable. Nico performed superbly in bitter wind chills that day.
He was knowledgeable and friendly and was able to explain the entire process in great detail. He thoroughly answered all questions I posed.

“On Saturday I placed a call to your company concerning the relief valve on our water heater. First of all I was impressed that someone would be able to come out the same day and within hours of my call. Brandon Montufur arrived and was very professional , knowledgeable, and friendly, and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. He replaced the valve within a short time after arriving.For that we thank you very much. In the next couple of days I noticed that there still seemed to be more water being released through the relief valve, and called your company again. On Thurs. Matt Chubb came. Again I was impressed by Matt being punctual, years of experience, and friendly. Within a minute he knew what the problem was. The expansion tank was faulty. Matt replaced the tank in a very short time. These were my first experiences with H L Bowman Co., and I can say that my wife and I are very satisfied. Both of these individuals are an asset to your company and are very much appreciated.”

“Poor customer service, scheduling and follow through. Contacted HL Bowman early a.m. about a plumbing issue. Water coming through kitchen ceiling from upstairs bath. I was told they would be out from 9am-4pm and that they would call 30 minutes before. At 3:59pm I received a text with the technicians picture that he was on his way. 30 seconds later I received a text from the office stating they are trying to reach me in regard to my appt. I called them and was told that the technician would not come out until they confirm with the customer. I told them about the text from the tech and that I was not contacted any other way. After 10 minutes I was told they would try to reach the tech but he might not be available. I waited until 4:30 and called again and was told he was on the way. Th tech was nice and thorough. He didn't have all of the parts needed and they would return this morning between 7:30 and 8am. At 8:45am I called the office only to find I am not on the schedule. This is frustrating. I had similar issues with my HVAC service with HL Bowman.”
