“I have two water heater installed last year for my rental property in Bethlehem PA. My property was inspected for renewal of license and the inspector told me that the water heater was installed without permit. I called BOWMAN and been waiting for them to contact me . I sent several email to different people and still no update !”

“My kitchen sink had been draining slowly and finally stopped all together. I left messages for a plumber I'd used in the past but no response. I called HL Bowman in the afternoon and a tech was able to come the next day. Brock was very competent and took care of the blockage. He was also kind enough to put the debris in the trash can at the bottom of the drive way. Thank you!”

“First the plumber arrived at the house and was not prepared for the job at hand! Then says I have to return tomorrow morning to do the job. Said he would be there at 8 am. 11:30am he proceeds to call and cancel the appt. Meanwhile I was charged for the arrival fee the day prior even though work was not complete!!!! Never using this company again!!!!”

“Needed to have the gas lines from the meter to inside the house replaced, as the house flippers had seen fit to use flex tubing for most of that. The plumbing tech, Mike Rogers, has done an excellent job turning our fire hazard into a working line, while being very accommodating of our cats and cluttered basement. Very pleased that it now looks like professionally installed piping instead of the mangled tubing we inherited. This is exactly why we continue to choose HL Bowman for the work we can’t do ourselves to fix this place.”

“On 01-25-2025 We had a problem with our pressure pump. Matt visited us first and diagnosed our problem. Later that day Cody came and installed a new pressure pump. Both gentlemen were a pleasure to work with. Matt checked our water and answered some questions we had. Cody did an efficient job and checked everything to make sure the pump was working correctly. All of this took place on the weekend and we were more than pleased.”

He took the time to help me set up the complicated but amazing thermostats. I can use my Alexis app to change settings on both units by talking into the thermostat. How convenient is that!
