I recently had H.L. Bowman service my heating system and was very pleased with the experience. Pierre Geleste, the technician who performed the maintenance, was knowledgeable, thorough, and careful in his work. He kindly explained each step along the way, which I greatly appreciated. The service was professional from start to finish, and I highly recommend H.L. Bowman.

Easy to talk to. Explained it all. No pressure..But days later. I have had to call several times ,I don't even know if it's the company I'm calling or an answering service, to get my paperwork and a receipt for my new furnace. They said it takes weeks. One girl said it's by email ? A booklet ?Also I was nice enough to let the guys use my ladies room and one was very respectful .The other one left it a mess, the toilet looked like a Walmart incident and I almost vomited when I saw my clean bathroom. No one ever called to apologize. I did complain. Live n learn I guess.

Hello I can’t say enough good things about the technician , Ronald Zeigler who fixed my shower. He was exceptionally professional, deeply knowledgeable about what he was doing, and very friendly. I was impressed by the quick and convenient scheduling. Eric was able a pinpoint likely cause for the issue I reported to my surprise and was able to set up a date for a return appointment to complete the work. Ultimately this review is premature as the issue won't be resolved until the work is completed. That said I was convinced by Eric's confidence in the fix he has proposed and it makes sense to me. Stay tuned for a final verdict.

Excellent discussion with technician Nick this morning. Our house has an ongoing issue with the mechanical room and he was super helpful in providing recommendations and practical solutions. Although there are still hurdles, we have more confidence now that we have identified a qualified and motivated contractor to help us to move this project forward. Highly recommend Bowman.

Michael, from HL Bowman, came today to do our electrical inspection. After he completed the inspection, he went over everything with me, and not only did he not try to sell me anything, but he told me that everything looked perfect. We had had some work done a couple of years ago, and he said that whoever did the work, not HL Bowman, did a very meticulous and well crafted job. It’s very refreshing to get honest feedback and not be sold things you don’t need, and to give an outside electrician very good compliments, that is unheard of. It was refreshing. We have the yearly HVAC plan with HL Bowman, but I had forgotten it also comes with an electrical inspection. And as a sidenote, the HVAC folks who have come out, have also been very nice and sincere. That’s what people want these days, no one can afford to buy things they don’t need, but when something is definitely needed, HL Bowman will tell you and fix the problem.

I use H L Bowman for any plumbing need that arises in my home. The repairmen are confident, knowledgeable and very nice. They will explain an issue and their repairs are reasonably done and always completed properly. If there is an issue I can call them and they will fix the issue usually on the same day which is very important. I will not use any other company. Thank you for being a highly reputable service. We had an issue with our cast iron sewer system and had sewage back up into the floor drains in our basement. We contacted H.L. Bowman, they inspected the system and told us that the cast iron pipes were damaged causing the sewage back-up. The team that did the work were very professional, experienced and knowledgeable. A lining was installed inside the piping after cleaning out the scale. The job was completed within a day. My wife and I would highly recommend H.L. Bowman to any of our friends and neighbors. Thank you for great service!

I have had 2 boiler replacements under HL Bowman. My hot water boiler went amazing. My steam boiler....not so much. While I have had issues with the install, HL Bowman is very quick to come back onsite and make the repair. Their technical team is very good.

It was a good overall experience but they used my old wiring and copper with the new install and system fails 2 times in one year because of it. Brought it to the attention of the the technician when here for yearly maintenance and was pretty much ignored about it.

Marquise came right out at the time he said he'd be here. Knew exactly what to look for and what to do when he found the clog in my drain he cleared the drain quickly and even replaced the wax gaskets in both toilets. Very professional. I would recommend Marquise and HL Bowman to anybody.

I was overall very happy with this company. All of the techs (Tom Scott, Hunter Briner, and Reshaun Heck who did the plumbing work) that came to our home were friendly, professional, transparent, and patient in explaining things to both me and my husband, especially when we were navigating alternate work schedules. They are highly communicative, send clear itemized estimates, and offered great financing options with 0% interest for 18 months. I was searching for a great HVAC service based on testimonials and reviews as one company I had often referred was no longer servicing my area. HL Bowman popped up on my screen and offered a free estimate. They sent Technician Extraordinaire Steve Unger who did some very impressive diagnostics that ultimately explained why I needed a new furnace & A/C. He even dismantled and ran a camera thru the heat exchanger. As a home inspector I was very impressed with the time and knowledge he shared with me. As a result, Bowman sent Alex Stone to explain what I would need and how the new equipment would actually save me money and improve efficiency. Their 0 percent financing and exceptional warranty impressed me as well. We signed the deal for what I felt was a fair price with Ct incentives and the installation crew completed the task neatly and professionally under Simon's supervision. Now we have a Bosch heat pump and a natural gas back-up furnace providing heating and cooling. The experience was first rate, and I will refer them to our Home Inspection Clients when they need HVAC service.

Decided to get rid of my oil furnace and go with a new gas furnace. The gas company told me they couldn’t hook my house to a gas line until the spring because of permitting issues.H. L Bowman advised I can run the new gas furnace off my existing propane tank until the gas gets hooked up so I went with it!. These guys installed a beautiful new gas furnace, removed my 36 year old oil furnace-all in the same day. Everything was spotless when they left and they went over the entire system with me so thoroughly, even I could understand it! Would definitely refer these guys to anybody I know!

Update:Called HL Bowman as an emergency for electrician services. Even though it was affecting my heat, I was told that I can't get service for two days because an employee was out sick. The electrician came in two days as promised and was able to quickly fix the issue for under $200.*****Update:Had an oil tank replaced at my dad's house. They did a great job and were very professional.*****Original:Called HL Bowman as an emergency at night. They came the next day even though I was not a customer. My Heater and AC could not be fixed. They scheduled a new furnace install right away. The install went well and the techs were very professional. Unfortunately, the system never turned off after the techs left. I called back right away and was told I would hear back shortly. I waited until almost an hour then called back. I was told a tech would be back. Several hours later the manager informed me that no techs were available. I spent the night without heat. Two different techs arrive the next day. The low GWP board that runs the pressure sensors failed. They didn't have a replacement so they bypassed it. The next appointment time was missed. I called and after 20 minutes was speaking with the manager. He said he would call back. The call back was prompt and a tech was sent right away. Everything is now working.When calling they use an AI assistant to screen their calls. I believe I would have had a better response had I spoken to a person. HL Bowman (Pete) reached back out and apologized for the miscommunitions. They added an additional 1 year warranty for our trouble.

We're actually in Honesdale where they have a3 hour dive just to get to us. So after a 3 hour drive and getting an excavator, they put in 7 hours of work non stop. We still will need a new water tank but they made sure to leave us with water til they can schedule putting that in. Then they back filled the hole which also had a lot of heavy rocks in it, cleaned up and still faced another 3 hour drive home. Very professional, pleasant and hard working. Will definitely call them again if we needed more work done.

First of all I like to think Travis who took the time with the initial consultation who went over the process with me also Ryan and Jason the day of installation they came on time I was impressed they laid down there cloth to cover my wooden floors they installed the furnace and the HVAC at the end of installation they walk me through where the filter was and how to change it and installed a new thermostat and show me how to work that and went out back to show me the HVAC which I was really impressed my old one was sitting on cinder blocks they put in a new concrete slab for my new one excellent job I definitely recommend to anyone HL Bowman they are A1 in my book

This company is excellent and top notch, and the technician JUSTIN, who came out to my home was so thorough and explained everything to me. There was things that the technician found where other companies did not repair things correctly, which could lead to more damage to my heater this company and their technicians does not just come out And tell you what you need and how much they go through a thorough inspection and checklist of everything to make sure that they are giving you the best value. They also have an excellent maintenance program which I signed up for. I have had other HVAC companies out and this one far exceeds every one of the other ones if you’re looking for HVAC company who all does so does electrical and plumbing work definitely choose Bowman. I promise you will not be Disappointed and if possible ask for JUSTIN I don’t know anything about the other technicians but this one is excellent. This company and their technician is very very respectful of your time and your money and they treat your home like it’s theirs. I have to be very honest. I’ve never had a service company that was this good in my entire Life and I’ve dealt with many companies and me myself was in a customer service base company for 17 years and this company goes out of their way for their customers.

Overflowing toilet an water leaking into the basement was the issue. The bathroom floor was flooded and toilet still overflowing. When I called HI Bowman, I was told to use a plunger in the toilet bowl to get the water to stop backing up, and to mop up the water on the floor. One eliminated tbe water leaking into the basement will slow down and stop. I made an appointment with them for the next morning to come out and check thins out to see if anything else had to be taken care of. The water had stopped leaking downstairs and Jeremiah identified where and why it had leaked. He checked that the pipes were not broken or leaking. He checked the sewer pipe outside to make sure it was accessible for camer pictures, checked underneath both sinks to make sure there were no leaks, verified that the toilet was not the cause of the leak, but a blockage in the pipe, which was cleared when I spoke with someone when I first called. The people I spoke with on the phone when zi first called, and Jeremiah when arrived the next day were very knowledgeable, and professional. I will definitely contact them for any other plumbing issues, as well as any electrical, heating, or cooling services I may need in the future. I will definitely recommend them to my neighbors, and others.

Clint came out on an urgent call on a Saturday. He noted that some of the work that should have been completed earlier wasn’t up to par and proceeded to double check everything and fix the issue (everything was working but no heat was blowing out)! He fixed everything and since we had just been serviced a few weeks earlier didn’t charge us! Now that is true customer service. This is the first time I needed to call a plumber since my husband passed. I first had a clogged drain. The guy came out took care of the issue and also checked the pipes to make sure there were no other issues. Bowman has been great for emergency fixes. They have the staff & resources. They fixed a gas leak coming into house quickly & installed a tankless water heater. The tech did a fine job. Before that they replaced a macerating toilet promptly as we had a guest coming in 2 days. They also did a complementary descaling after complaining here on their "free HVAC maintenance." I had a winter & summer visits & BOTH times each tech did not clean anything! Instead they showed me tons of photos of impending doom. Then they rushed me to quote for a completely new system. I also never receive anything in email when all the techs say they will send me details. I went with a different company who quoted much less, provided a temp cooling solution & offered Carrier (premium brand compared to Bryant).

We've been using Winters for our plumbing needs for many years. Recently, Bowman acquired Winters. Except for a confusing phone call from Pennsylvania alerting us to the tech's arrival, the appointment went smoothly.Five stars to Hamza who was friendly, professional, did a thorough job and answered our questions. He performed our annual boiler/hotwater combination maintenance and neutralization chip change out. He explained our Winters service agreement was up for renewal and would provide a discount for services for one year.Overall, I provided a 4 star review because we weren't provided with a service statement nor the service agreement terms. Is that an office or tech function?? Hopefully that glitch will sort out as the companies fully merge.

We had an excellent experience with Eric Cornier and his team at HL Bowman / Winters Home Services.Our air-conditioning system was only six years old, but the original installer had inexplicably left the old unit suspended above the stairs. When we contacted Aspinwall Baystate, who carried out the original installation, they insisted it had been correctly fitted inside a closet—which it very clearly had not been!Eric immediately understood the problem and handled everything professionally. He and his team safely removed both systems and will be installing our new system next week. Super Fast and Efficient replacement of my ancient HVAC system today, and the new setup looks amazing and was cooling the house in the first hour. Ian, Mike, and Brian worked as a team and knocked this out. I still can't believe we were able to have it lined up the day after assessing the old one, it's awesome HL Bowman had the units at the ready, to have this done before the heat wave this week! Also want to thank Josh for his initial assessment and for explaining all the new technologies/terms to my wife and I, he put in a few hours of getting everything lined up and rolling, and directing us towards a system tailored to our needs. I'll be contracting with HL Bowman to maintain the new system plus an existing mini split system on my detached garage to keep everything running smoothly.

Update 8/22/26: Colin Dunn is fantastic. Please send him to our house for all HVAC maintenance and repairs. Sadly, the estimator who first investigated our leaking water heater misdiagnosed the problem and just wanted to sell us products that we did not need, like a whole house pressure reduction valve. We initially agreed to the work. When Colin came to do the work he quickly determined that we needed to replace an internal check valve. He coordinated with another member of the team who came out with the part and made the repair that same afternoon. I like Colin, he is smart and he is honest.

Jack Murog and Jacob Null replaced our 32 year old compressor and coil with a great new system. They took the time to braze shut a waterline that fed an old humidifier. Not only did they remove the old humidifier and repair the duct, but the braze job ensures no future leaks. They also did a great job affixing the coolant lines to the exterior. Very professional. Great work. We are very satisfied with the entire process including the second truck that hauled the old stuff away. Give those two a raise. It’s hard to find and keep good help. I also appreciated how quickly Nate was able to show up and attempt a repair the day the old system quit. Jack and Jacob also kept us informed of our different options throughout the entire install process and even let me keep the garden hose to basement drain setup. Thank you. I will highly recommend HL Bowman. Of course the complimentary furnace clean and electric or plumbing inspection doesn’t hurt either.Thank you all again for a great experience during a lousy time.

My AC unit stopped working before a heat wave and most HVAC companies were charging $200+ just to stop by and assess the issue. Most companies didn’t even have availability for at least a month out but HL Bowman had availability for the following morning. I was told the visit was free and I’d just have to pay for parts and labor which was great.I had a 8am-10am window scheduled and Goran was on time and called me about 30mins before arrival. He was efficient, spoke honestly about the repair needed, didn’t try to upsell me, and was very respectful of my home. I also appreciated Goran’s patience when answering all of my questions and the helpful advice he gave about maintaining and replacing my air conditioning unit when the time comes.I would highly recommend Goran without any hesitation - he deserves a raise.

From beginning to end the service was fantastic. From Justin coming out and diagnosing the problem the same day I called to Chad explaining my replacement options the following day. Cole and Scott did the installation, they were efficient and pleasant even with the added stress of having to deal with UGI digging up my yard and moving my gas meter outside at the same time they were installing my system. Every step was explained including setting up my new thermostat. Start to finish my furnace and air condenser unit was installed within 2 days, it’s great to have air conditioning again!

During a recent heat wave my a/c went out and I was desperate for someone to come and repair it because of health issues. It seemed that every company was booked but I was given H.L. After the nightmare of dealing with customer service the past year with Bowman and ready to call it quits we used them for a ac/furnace replacement. They had financing which was a huge plus. Thankfully the actual workers from the inspection guy, estimate guy and all of the installers have changed my mind and feelings about this company. The workers and people i dealt with face to face were extremely professional and answered all questions. The installers were very respectful of our home and were a pleasure to have in our home working. They said job would be about 7-8 hours and they were out before that and cleaned up and explained how everything worked. This company should praise their installers and workers that go into peoples homes because they are the only reason we chose to stay with Bowman after our experience dealing with the customer service end of things on a previous issue we had in our home. Matthew Parlotto arrived on time and discussed his thoughts of going with a Ductless Hyper-Heat system. As someone who works in the automotive sales industry, I have learned to value the team that services a product as much as the product itself. Servicing can truly make or break a person's experience with a company, and HL Bowman has shown that they understand this well.I had an air conditioning system installed in my home a few weeks ago, which was done quickly and with precision. However, on the first night with the new system, I received an error code on my units. I contacted the service department the next morning and they sent out a technician right away to diagnose the issue. My technician, Jeff Negron, was determined to find the root cause of the issue and eventually even went so far as to reach out to the manufacturer on my behalf to recommend having my whole compressor warrantied. I am now sitting under the cool air of my new units, extremely satisfied.A company shows its quality not when everything goes right, but when something goes wrong. In this experience, HL Bowman has certainly shown me theirs. Malfunctioning products are inevitable, but the company went above and beyond to make it right, and that is what matters to me the most. I would not hesitate to recommend HL Bowman to anyone (especially if you are a Home Depot credit card holder).

Our AC broke in the middle of the summer in a heat wave late Wednesday evening around 9pm. Early Thursday morning a technician came out and easily diagnosed the issue but unfortunately it was a problem that required replacing our 25 year old central air with a new system. If I could give Eric and the crew 10 stars, I absolutely would. I had a mini-split installed in my finished but unheated/no ac attic to help balance out my 2 zone system. First, I have to say that all the steps this company takes are absolutely the way a business should be run, from providing photos of the service people before they arrive to them cleaning up so well that you would never know they were there. Eric was extremely professional and courteous. He answered all of my questions readily and took the time to investigate further some things I wanted to know. I originally called these guys over a weekend because our entire AC system died and it was in the mid 90s outside. They came out that day, diagnosed our problem immediately, emailed us pictures of the problems, and did not even charge for that trip. We purchased a new system from them and they installed it within 2 days. It works great.THEN, our water heater failed (it was old and struggling for years). Once again I called them and they came out right away and got a new system up and running.Their prices are not the lowest in town, but they're definitely worth it. With them, we know that things will get fixed properly and quickly the first time around. Every worker was professional, trustworthy, and knew what they were doing. The company even texts you beforehand with a photo and name of anyone coming out and has them call when they're on their way. We are now repeat satisfied customers and plan to continue to use HL Bowman. I rarely leave reviews lately unless a company is either really bad or really good - and this company is really, really good.

Our central air failed July 3rd. I texted for emergency assistance at 9:30 PM, received a return call 10PM. Service technician arrived Sunday July 5th to assess the issue. An appointment was made for Monday July 6th. On Wednesday July 8th, our A/C and Furnace were replaced.We were told technicians would arrive at 7:30 and it would require 8hrs. As promised, 3 techs arrived at 7:30, 1 focused on exterior unit, 2 on interior furnace. Job completed by 3PM.Excellent service, knowledgeable technicians, clean installation.Highly recommend.

HL Bowman came out to look at my very old central AC unit. The tech mentioned that the refrigerant was banned and I should have a new system installed. I asked that a sales person come to my home to give me proposals. Airton Andrade came out and assessed my needs and showed me my options. I chose to have a 24,000 BTU Mini Split installed instead of the central air being replaced. The Mini Split would provide an additional heat source in the winter and provide AC in the warm months.James Cobbs was part of the team of men that came out to install the Mini. James was timely, professional, and did a great job!! He and the team did a great job installing the unit and the associated electrical work and cleaned up everything when they were finished. It's only been 24 hours and I love it so much!!Thank you James and the rest of the team.

I would highly recommend H.L. Bowman for any Heating/AC repairs. Our system stopped working on a Sunday and Bowman had a tech (Austin) come by the house to diagnose the problem. Upon his finding we decided to replace the 15 year old system with a new system. (The old system used discontinued refrigerant) That same day Matt stopped by the house to discuss options about replacement and financing, and by the next morning Glen Keiper and his son were on the schedule to come and replace the system. Glen and Shayne were very professional and did a phenomenal job installing the new system and thermostat. They went above and beyond the call of duty, going as far as noticing a very small propane leak coming from my tank and calling me at work to let me know. We couldn't be happier with the service we received from HL Bowman and will certainly give them every opportunity to do any work in the future.Scott.

We had two issues that Eric (Lasalle) was able to fix and complete. In attempting a DYI bathroom faucet replacement, we discovered that the old faucet had been bolted down and when attempting to turn off the water the shut off values were old and leaking. Eric was prompt in arriving during the scheduled time and was able to remove and replace the faucet. Likewise he was able to replace the old shutoff values with new ones. Eric was very courteous and performed great work in a timely fashion. My wife and I are very happy with his work and would look to HL Bowman for future plumbing needs.

I contacted Home Depot for an evaluation, and their HVAC Advisor, Amauris, provided an outstanding consultation. He thoroughly inspected both the indoor and outdoor units, transparently explaining potential issues. When a technical question fell outside his immediate scope, he prioritize accuracy over guesswork and called Brad, the HVAC Manager at HL Bowman (Home Depot's installation partner). Brad clearly explained our ductwork limitations in simple, straightforward terms without trying to upsell unnecessary work. Amauris walked us through the entire contract with complete transparency, even placing his internal calls on speakerphone. To address our specific contract questions, he looped in Nord, the Retail Compliance Manager at HL Bowman, who professionally explained our payment options, warranties, and product details. Knowing our house was at 90° with no AC, Amauris went above and beyond—staying from 4:45 PM to 7:30 PM to finalize our paperwork and successfully expediting our installation for the very next day. The installation specialists, Greg and Chase, were phenomenal. Over a two-day, 17-hour installation process, they worked tirelessly and stayed late to hit their milestones. They were incredibly respectful, highly knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions professionally. After completing the install, they rigorously tested the system, recorded the metrics, and re-verified the contract details with us.The transparency, respect, and expertise demonstrated by Amauris, Brad, Nord, Greg, and Chase were unmatched. Install seemed to go well. However i was told it would be a one day install. It took 2. It should have taken 3. The techs who finished on day 2 were good, however, I had to leave. They were not done and wouldnt be coming back. I couldnt be there for programming and they did not lable the breakers where thy installed the units.Again, they were good they just needed more time identifing where the old units were installed in the panel. They are not electriciansI did not like having to leave them in my house without me

**Frank from HL Bowman came through for me once again. After my new shower turned out to be taller than expected, he returned to redo the pipe work so everything would line up correctly. He adjusted the plumbing cleanly and efficiently, explained what needed to change, and made sure the new setup was solid and up to code.Just like before, his workmanship was excellent. I highly recommend Frank — he’s consistently reliable, skilled, and easy to trust.---------------------------------------------Frank S. from HL Bowman did outstanding work at my home. He assessed the issue with a leaking pipe, explained exactly what was going on, and came out the very next day to take care of it. He cut out a small section of drywall to access the vertical stack on the first‑floor wall, removed the old 4” cast iron, and transitioned everything cleanly to 3” PVC. He ran the new sewer line below the joist and above the dropped drywall, installed a 3x2” PVC wye to pick up the vent, and tied the new 3” PVC back into the existing system.The workmanship was excellent, the layout was thoughtful, and he kept the area neat throughout the job. Frank took the time to explain each step and made sure everything was done the right way. I’m very impressed with the quality of his work and highly recommend him.

What a great company! It can be a challenge to get a company to come up our way (Jim Thorpe/Summit Hill) and then when they do they can be hit or miss. Not so with HL Bowman. We had a same day service manager visit. The quote for the work was VERY reasonable and the tech was out the next morning and stayed to finish the job. They also ran into some issues with the planned work they quoted and it ended up taking longer than they thought but they did not alter the invoice. Can't say enough about how impressed we are! We will hyping them up in our area and will be using them for all our plumbing needs going forward!

We had a very positive experience with everyone involved in our heat pump installation from the initial visit through completion. We were able to schedule an appointment that was convient for us. We knew what we wanted done and had researched the average cost. Nathan measured our house and determined what size unit we needed. It ended up that the unit we had was too small. After giving us an explanation of the systems, we chose what we wanted. He didn't pressure us or try to talk us into extras, although we went with the best system. What made it even better was our ability to qualify for a senior citizen discount and a special, that made a significant difference in the price. We already had our money set aside for the project and were ready for installation.They were able to schedule us for the next day. Christian and the team were here right on time. I expected professionalism, courtesy, and care of our property, and clean up, and we weren't disappointed. The work was completed to our satisfaction by the afternoon. There were 2 things that I really appreciated. One was the quietness of their work and conversation....no banging, radios, or yelling to each other. I had gotten in from out of state and to bed at 3am. They weren't aware, but I had gotten up and moved to another room to go try to sleep. I was able to fall asleep with them going in and out and working right above me. Also Christian and his team did a great job of going over everything with me, and he was the only person who gave me an answer as to why our bedrooms don't heat and cool as well as the rest of the house.They are all above a non heated/ non cooled garage. We're thinking about putting more insulation on the garage ceiling to see if it helps. Our electric bills have been climbing and we're looking forward to a new and more efficient system hopefully lowering them.Thank you. Great job.

Everyone I worked with was very thorough and professional. While no one ever wants to have to replace their heating system, I am glad I chose this company. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had techs out immediately to set up my replacement. They were able to schedule me almost immediately (it was a holiday weekend) and the techs who came for the replacement were great. They even kept an eye out to make sure none of my cats tried to escape while they were working.

I'd like to give a shout out to and Thank You to Frank Samsel, the gentleman your Company sent out to access my plumbing problems.I told him what was going on and he investigated everything and came up with what had to be fixed and drew up a plan. Explaining what needed attention and even saving me money.Frank was very professional, hard working and kept me informed throughout the day on his progress. He explained everything to me. (new water heater)I'm very glad that I called HL Bowman, this was a very good experience and I hope when I call again to finish the other things that need attention, (copper pipes failing) that they send Frank back to finish the job.

Bob Seeger, who used to be with my HVAC provider, was called by me for a problem, although I didn't know he had changed jobs. He spent 40 minutes of his own time tonight trying to diagnose the problem, and offered to contact his old employer to help describe the problem. This is so far above and beyond customer care that I am almost speechless. I will happily recommend his new company-- Bowman --because they have an employee like Bob, who helped me just out of kindness.

Very impressed with this company. Rachel, the technician who first inspected my hvac, was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Nathan, who came to speak to me about replacement options was relatable and didn’t try to oversell me something I didn’t need. Andy and Estefano removed the old unit and installed the new unit in about 6 hours and left my home in pristine condition. They were prompt, friendly and efficient. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Kudos to Chris Colasuonno. He didn't just come and fix the problem. (We had no functional lights inside the refrigerator.) He set us up to order the part and install it ourselves. Paul came to rescue us on the first hot summer day when my geothermal air conditioning system broke down. It’s his first time coming to our house. He had to walk up and down numerous times between 3 floors to identified the issues and provided solution to us. He thoroughly explained what the issues were with both my dryer and upper oven and how H L Bowman would break out the pricing for the servicing of each separately and combined plus H L Bowman's MVP package.
