“OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE! The folks at Drain Magic were some of the most professional technicians that I have had the pleasure to do business with. My two teams – 1) Raymond and Jordon and 2) Frenchy, Zach H, Camerin took on a rather difficult project consisting of (team one) installing a 100+ feet sewer liner under my driveway and sidewalk and (team two) hard piping around ten feet of PVC that was located under a foot of cement, a wall and a floating floor. These guys reinstalled the flooring after they finished the job, they kept the workplace clean and were happy to answer all of my questions. Overall OUTSTANDING! I highly recommend them! “We are very impressed with the service provided by HL Bowman. Our geothermal heat pump was working fine last spring, but gave us nothing when the weather turned cold again. One contractor told us they didn't know anything about geothermal. An alleged geothermal specialist looked at the unit and todld us the compressor was burned out, the wiring was fried, and a relay had gone bad. No replacements available, he said, you need a new system. Bowman's Geo tech, Garrett, opened the unit up and showed us everything he was doing with great explanations. There was one broken wire to the contactor (relay.) He fixed the wire then tested the compressor, the relays, the pumps, the boiler boss…everything! He advised us that a 21-year-old system really could fail at any time, but for the moment it was working fine. We are grateful for his honesty, his expertise and his "bedside manor." Bowman will be our HVAC provider from now on.”
“Brett performed the annual maintenance service provided by my contract. He was quick and efficient, and made several recommendations for items that would improve the functioning of my heating system and provide comfort in my home. They were items that, in fact, we have neglected to address for some time. He worked with his manager to reduce the cost by bundling the services, providing an additional discount above my membership reduced rate. Work is scheduled to be done next week. Thanks Brett!”

It was a huge inconvenience for them, as they were trying to enjoy time with their churches and families.
