“I was very impressed with the promptness of getting an appointment for inspection and same day my “ comfort advisor” , Audrey Fenton came to approve me to purchase a new system. But somehow the wrong unit was installed.. not sure who’s fault that was.. but they made good by installing the next day. I wasn’t happy with the way it was operating tho, was extremely loud and not cooling. I texted Audrey Monday.. with no response so I called her. She then texted “with a customer.. will call when I’m done”. I got no call. Texted again.. no response. I called company directly that night and they came the next day and took care of my problem . Just seemed like once she got me locked in she ghosted me.. I am very disappointed in how she has still at this point almost a week later still has not responded. Overall very undecided on my experience with this company.”
