“Our AC stopped working overnight and after trying unsuccessfully all day to try to get it to kick on, I gave up and called the office. This unit is only 3 years old as I had HL BOWMAN install it when I bought my mobile home n 2022. I rely on them for their great service and they keep my unit maintained by coming out twice a year to check things over for me.
Once I placed the call this evening – a girl in the office assured me they would have a technician out the next day to look things over and see what he could do. Shortly after lunchtime, Austin Shafer came to our house and after spending about 15 minutes diagnosing the problem – he told us the contactor had quit working and unfortunately they had a lot of problems with this part and it was not covered by the warranty. So he gave us the price to repair the unit/replace the part. We gave him the go ahead and asked him to please fix the AC and in under an hour our unit was up and running smoothly again. We are very thankful for Austins service that day. He was an extremely friendly and courteous technician and explained everything very clearly.
