“HL Bowman was terrific all around, especially considering the current Covid circumstances. We had a minor issue with our air conditioning, and they were able to get a tech to come out the next business day (I called on the Friday before Memorial Day–tech came on Tuesday).
I asked about precautions related to Covid, and the person on the phone ensured me the tech would be masked and gloved. When the tech (Cory) called, he was understanding and cooperative regarding how to initiate the interaction. He was always masked in the house, maintained at least 6 feet, and communicated his steps and concerns throughout. Cory was super professional and very courteous to our concerns, which is much appreciated. Their pricing was fair and the work was completed in about an hour. I will call them again if I have any HVAC (or plumbing) needs. Highly recommended!!”
