“Giving this a 2-star because my past experiences were good. I renewed our membership in January. Scheduled boiler maintenance for 2/2/25. Waited around all day until I was finally contacted at 3:30pm and notified service would be rescheduled due to someone having called out sick. I rescheduled to 2/9 for a morning appointment and was contacted at 4:30pm notifying me you needed to reschedule. When I expressed I was not happy, I was told a manager would contact me. To date, 2/18, nobody has reached out. Customer service is clearly not a priority.”
