“My experience was fantastic for the most part. We had a gas line installed and a gas fireplace hooked up. The man that came was super nice and the work completed was well done. However 5 days later where the existing gas line was cut and a new line was installed I smelled a leak. When pointing this out via email to the team, they wanted to charge an additional $70 to confirm this. Any other company I have ever worked with (did the job, and made sure it was completed without charging extra to return and fix what was done especially days after the job was done) something this serious shouldn’t be pushed off. We reached out to another company to come test for a leak because they offered a free inspection.”
