“We had a $32000 unit installed in our home over the summer. When unit was turned on for heat during the winter, 3 month after installation, a loud whistling sound was coming from it that could be heard throughout the house. We made 4 attempts to have a technician come investigate. We were told the earliest appointment was 6 weeks out. The day of appointment we get an automated call at 6am advising that the technician was sick and we would be scheduled 4 weeks out!!!
My experience is that HL Bowman are good at sales and poor at after sales.
