“I called 3 times for someone to come out since I have no heat. They said someone would call and no one person called. Then I get a text saying hl bowman cannot come out until 2/4 no time was given. Since it's on hl bowman time I guess I have to make time for them. I'm sitting in my house with a family of 6 with no heat and it is winter. I am very unhappy customer.”
