I can’t give the same for the call center!
Very poor customer service, very bad in every way, I had the appointment made many weeks in advance and scheduled for 1st appointment of the day . Not a good way to start out with a NEW CUSTOMER! Then to be told it was set up wrong
By who ever took my booking , then asked if I wanted to reschedule. NO ! So The Whole day was wasted on waiting .
I want to point out the team that showed up did an outstanding service! I will request for the same service technician to return for the next appointment”
