“To say I am beyond frustrated is an understatement. I have been without heat for over 24 hours. I called the day my furnace started having issues and they said that they would try and get someone out for an emergency, but that if they could not they would schedule me for priority in the morning. The next day came and I received a message at 7:10 am that the technician was enroute for the scheduled appointment. Close to 4.5 hours later still no technician. I called and was told that my appointment had been cancelled. When I was transferred to a live person, they said that the note with the cancellation was that "the customer was all set". I never even spoke to or saw the technician, so to get a message to say they were on the way, just to wait for hours and for them to be a no call or no show and then for them to tell me that the appointment was cancelled is completely unacceptable. Then the woman on the phone proceeds to tell me that their schedule is already made for the day so they cannot get someone right out, if they could still send someone it would be later in the afternoon. How they can leave someone without heat after having an scheduled appointment and no contact and then not do something to correct their mistake is beyond bad business.”
