“Nate came out first thing this morning for a scheduled routine check up call on our HVAC unit. While he was here, he discovered an issue with the AC that I had noticed a few weeks prior, but had not persisted with the cooler temps. Just to make sure he was seeing things correctly, he called his team lead to talk it through. When he got off the phone, Nate explained the issue in full detail, and gave options to address it. He was friendly and professional, and had everything he needed in his truck to make the repairs. It was truly an A+ experience, thank you Nate!”
“Conner was prompt for the appointment, very informative, very clean. Asked if anyone in the home had allergy problems and I mention that I frequently go to the Emergency Room with Severe Asthma. He discussed installing an Platinum Air Purifier which we all hope will help my allergy/asthma problems. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. I would definitely refer H. L. Bowman.”
“Our AC stopped working overnight and after trying unsuccessfully all day to try to get it to kick on, I gave up and called the office. This unit is only 3 years old as I had HL BOWMAN install it when I bought my mobile home n 2022. I rely on them for their great service and they keep my unit maintained by coming out twice a year to check things over for me.
Once I placed the call this evening – a girl in the office assured me they would have a technician out the next day to look things over and see what he could do. Shortly after lunchtime, Austin Shafer came to our house and after spending about 15 minutes diagnosing the problem – he told us the contactor had quit working and unfortunately they had a lot of problems with this part and it was not covered by the warranty. So he gave us the price to repair the unit/replace the part. We gave him the go ahead and asked him to please fix the AC and in under an hour our unit was up and running smoothly again. We are very thankful for Austins service that day. He was an extremely friendly and courteous technician and explained everything very clearly. Another outstanding member of the HL BOWMAN service team that we would like to thank for their dedication to their job. Keep yp the great work guys!!”
