“It's been awhile since I had a new air conditioner put in but I need to write a review because I'm not happy. Last year we had a tech come out July or June 17th and check my unit because it wasn't keeping up like it used to. He did an inspection said it was probably leaking cuz it was freezing over and he said to do a leak test will cost me $500. I thought that's a lot but what about the parts he said well that's even if we can get the parts and I know their ad said they could fix an old air conditioner. So they had a salesman come out on the 18th of June 2025 and the salesman didn't even go up in the attic to inspect the unit. He went by what the tech told him gave us a price and you know it's like I don't want to fix the old unit and pay $500 just to have it test and can't get to work. So we decided to get a new one. The new unit was put in. Since then they have been out six times to do repairs to find out that the installers used some of the old parts from my old air conditioner and they weren't working to what the new unit needed to be. I am not happy because after they were done at the install, the installers came down from the Attic and told me that I need $7,000 more work to make this unit efficient. I know when we talk to the salesman my wife and I specifically asked him. Does that cover everything to the black twos? He said yes that salesman told the company that he did not say that and then to find out at that salesman is no longer there. Whatever you do get a second opinion. Not the fact that I still need to have $7,000 worked on it. Not happy”
