“I had an appointment for maintenance scheduled for 11/17/2025 which is included in my service contract with them, during the morning hours, because I was asked if I wanted the appointment to be scheduled during the morning, afternoon or any time throughout the regular business hours, I chose in the morning because of my availability, but the technician never called me during the morning and or showed up at my property, and called me in the afternoon, I explained to him that I made the appointment in the morning hours due to my availability, and he then ask me if I wanted to re-schedule for next Monday 11/24/2025 during the morning, I said yes, then today I called around 7:15am to make sure that my appointment was scheduled, to my surprise I was told that no appointment is scheduled for my property today, after some back and forward the agent on the phone talks to the "manager" apparently, and schedule me during the morning hours due to my availability, and I was told I would be the second visit for the technician since it was already too late to be his first visit, going forward to 11am, I called again concerned about the appointment, and I was told that my appointment has been moved to the afternoon, without any notification prior, not a call or text or email, so I decided to cancel my appointment and service contract with them, also I would like to mention that the agent on the phone cut me off multiple times during the conversation, not allowing me to express myself about the frustration and the situation that was happening. I would like to point out that service contract was for the past 8 months for the amount of 29.16 X 8 = 233.28 and I never got a single service since then, and the only time I requested a service maintenance I never got it.”
“we needed a slow running drain open and Marquise did his best to get it open but the pipe was to clogged and he could not get it open so he is sending further help to access the situation Marquise tried everything but it would not open he was very polite and answered all our questions”

“How to make a bad day better.. of course if your furnace is going to die it will be on the coldest day of the year so far. Much to my pleasant surprise I called H R Bowman because they’re right here in town and they said they could come out today. Our technician Ricky Sanchez was professional courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose what the issue was and gave us all the options to repair it. His expertise and helpfulness made a really bad bad a whole lot better and definitely warmer. I can’t get him a raise, but I certainly can give him praise..”
“Alex showed up and was very professional. Fixed my leaking kitchen sink quickly. Put in new piping, everything looks neat and tidy and left the work space clean. He was very friendly and he was sure i didn't have any questions or concerns when he was finished”

“It started with the salesperson Jared, he came to our home and was on time. He's was very professional and made sure he went over everything with us and gave us a price the same night. The price was very fair and he was not pushy at all. Once we decided that they were the.best and also gave the best guarantees they started the job within 2 days. The installers Matt and Jeff were excellent they installed the system.the same day and just before the cold weather came. They extremely kind and did great job and were very clean. “I just had water valves and other plumbing replacements related to that issue completed as well as a new toilet installed.
My service man was Phil and I must sing his praises. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very meticulous with his work. On top of that, he was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. After my water company completes an unforeseen repair project, Bowman will return to finish the last adjustment needed. I am requesting Phil to do the job.
