“Mike Rogers installed a new sump pump for us. He showed me the problem and what needed to happen to fix it. He was professional and knowledgeable, yet a very personable guy. He immediately put me at ease. This was the least stressful service call I've ever experienced.
He's great with pets, too. I thought my cats were going to abandon me and follow him out to his truck.”
“I recently needed my heating system checked out due to a venting issue. HL Bowman sent Michael Webb out to look at it and give me the bad news I assumed was coming. I cant say enough good things about this guy. Professional, friendly, patient and seemed like a great human overall. He sold me on the company almost instantly. The sales and installation teams were also great. For the install, I interacted with Aaron Glick who walked me through the new system after an already long Friday. Again, very professional and friendly. The work they did looks very nice and the space was cleaner than they found it. I will recommend HL Bowman to friends and family, based on my experience. “The copper drain line for our plumbing was rotten after 75 years of use. The plumbers for H. L. Bowman replaced it in one day along with the cast iron fitting that passed through the cellar wall with a pvc line and connected it to the township's sewer line. They did a nice job and they dug a three foot trench in the yard with heavy equipment to lay down the new pvc line.”

He was in contact with me multiple times through the day and sent me texts and pictures as well. He was professional and straightforward for everything. “we needed a slow running drain open and Marquise did his best to get it open but the pipe was to clogged and he could not get it open so he is sending further help to access the situation Marquise tried everything but it would not open he was very polite and answered all our questions”

“How to make a bad day better.. of course if your furnace is going to die it will be on the coldest day of the year so far. Much to my pleasant surprise I called H R Bowman because they’re right here in town and they said they could come out today. Our technician Ricky Sanchez was professional courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose what the issue was and gave us all the options to repair it. His expertise and helpfulness made a really bad bad a whole lot better and definitely warmer. I can’t get him a raise, but I certainly can give him praise..”
