Once I placed the call this evening – a girl in the office assured me they would have a technician out the next day to look things over and see what he could do. Shortly after lunchtime, Austin Shafer came to our house and after spending about 15 minutes diagnosing the problem – he told us the contactor had quit working and unfortunately they had a lot of problems with this part and it was not covered by the warranty. So he gave us the price to repair the unit/replace the part. We gave him the go ahead and asked him to please fix the AC and in under an hour our unit was up and running smoothly again. We are very thankful for Austins service that day. He was an extremely friendly and courteous technician and explained everything very clearly. Another outstanding member of the HL BOWMAN service team that we would like to thank for their dedication to their job. Keep yp the great work guys!!”
“Our specialist was Brett, and he was truly fantastic! He walked me through everything he was doing and gave me knowledge on how our furnace and AC works and things to look out for. He was genuinely nice and was also kind and patient with my dogs. He also informed me of financing that was available so I could have a UV light installed for preventative maintenance. You can tell Brett is extremely knowledgeable and great at his job! Thank you Brett!”
