“I am not one to leave reviews. Most people only leave reviews when they have negative experiences. My original intent was not to although my experience back in Dec. 2024, the original date of install was pretty awful. The original work was done by HL Bowman/ Drain Magic. The job was to repair a collapse underground pipe inside and to connect my home to the main sewer; a major plumbing overhaul. This would include inside and outside digging. I can't say enough about the crew. They were very competent and this review has absolutely nothing to do with their work. My main issues revolve around the companies poor communication. There were things missed that required a crew to come out and dig up my yard twice. They would come out to make repairs without notifying me first. They neglected to respond to issues promptly and even now over a year later, I had to have a tech come out for electrical issues surrounding the pump installed from this same plumbing job. I was told someone would call to schedule a warranty repair. This was back on March 31, 2026. Today I called to see about my appointment. As I expected, no one had done anything and most likely wouldn't have had I not called. I feel bad that about leaving this review but just make sure to communicate, confirm work to be performed, voice your concerns and follow up!!”

“After some initial confusion with scheduling and scope of work, a crew of very hardworkers came out Friday and repaired my sewer line. Job was a little more involved than expected, but they worked until almost 6 pm to get it finished . They handled Township inspection, line tracing, repairs and cleanup really well. Happy to have everything working again. I would recommend them for any type of issue with your sewer lines/drains.”
