“I chose HL Bowman after reading that their company is family owned and after reading customer reviews. I called their West Reading office and was greeted cheerfully. She explained that their scheduler would call back. In about 15 minutes, I got the call and was very pleased to hear that they could come out in a couple days. Earl came to review our old water heater installation and provide an estimate for replacement. Earl was very thorough and very friendly. He provided a number of options and took extra time to look at our shutoff valves after I told him they were difficult to operate. Alex was our installer and had all the latest tools. He did a very professional job and was also very friendly. We decided to get a descaler and Alex installed it, but it needed some soak time before putting it in service. Mr. Phil came by the next day to do that. Mr Phil was super friendly and I could tell he had a lot of experience. Everything has been working perfectly since the installation.”

“Zack arrived exactly on time to clean and ungunk our clogged double sink kitchen drain. He was tidy leaving his wet boots at the door.
He assessed the problem and told us that he needed to snake the drain.
He prepared the area to avoid unnecessary mess. After the job was complete, he advised us which foods to avoid putting down the disposal in order the minimize the possibility of future clogs. He clearly took pride in his ability to help the homeowner maintain their kitchen plumbing.
