“Poor customer service, scheduling and follow through. Contacted HL Bowman early a.m. about a plumbing issue. Water coming through kitchen ceiling from upstairs bath. I was told they would be out from 9am-4pm and that they would call 30 minutes before. At 3:59pm I received a text with the technicians picture that he was on his way. 30 seconds later I received a text from the office stating they are trying to reach me in regard to my appt. I called them and was told that the technician would not come out until they confirm with the customer. I told them about the text from the tech and that I was not contacted any other way. After 10 minutes I was told they would try to reach the tech but he might not be available. I waited until 4:30 and called again and was told he was on the way. Th tech was nice and thorough. He didn't have all of the parts needed and they would return this morning between 7:30 and 8am. At 8:45am I called the office only to find I am not on the schedule. This is frustrating. I had similar issues with my HVAC service with HL Bowman.”
